Koparo is a new age cleaning brand that is vegan and cruelty free. That is good for cleaning and the environment. They joined Shopflo for their superior checkout experience and the upsell feature.

Challenges

Koparo was one of the earliest adopters of Shopflo. After their appearance on Shark Tank, their brand recognition and sales increased significantly. However, with this new surge, they started capturing customers with lower trust, which led to a dip in average order value (AOV). This was when they introduced Shopflo’s new Upsell feature on their checkout page.

Solution & Results

By introducing the Upsell feature at their checkout, Koparo was able to capitalise on customers with the highest intent to buy from them. They used this feature to cross-sell products commonly needed in any Indian household and to upsell bigger variants of their products, making customers less likely to purchase from competitors.

They were able to unlock an additional ₹11,000 in revenue per day.
