Overview tab

This tab provides analytics for your store. Data on sales, sales split by UTM params, conversions funnel, discount failure insights etc are available under this tab. Below numbers are available on this tab:

Total order, Sales and AOV

Note:

  1. Cancelled orders are considered in these numbers

Sales split by source, medium, content and campaign

Note:

  1. Reports related to UTM parameters will not work on shopify post going live with shopflo
  2. Sales split reports is an alternative to shopify sales split based on UTM parameters

Conversions funnel - Checkout initiated to sessions converted funnel

Note:

  1. Conversion funnel on Shopify does not work post going live with shopflo
  2. The conversion funnel report on shopflo gives you checkout_initiated → checkout converted numbers. Using this funnel you can optimise wherever customers are dropping off
  3. If you want to populate complete conversion data from Sessions → Sessions converted, please use the document for a step by step process

Discount performance

Note:

  1. This report gives you sessions which got converted with discounts and without discounts

Discount failure rates for different discounts

Note:

  1. This reports helps you understand discounts which users are applying and failing. Based on this you can optimise your discount based on failure
  2. Please note failure of the discount is because cart conditions didn’t match with the coupon condition

COD to prepaid conversion feature analytics

Note:

  1. % of COD orders converted, discounts burned and total amount of converted orders
