Example use cases:
Personalised recovery message: You can download the Abandoned checkouts report (click on "More Options") from the Abandoned checkouts tab. You will find the survey response against the respective customers who dropped off. You can reach out to them with a very personal message or call, to help convert these checkouts.
Improve checkout strategies: Basis the survey options you can see why the drop offs are happening at the checkout. If any of the reasons selected is causing a lot of drop offs, that can be thought of changing. For e.g: Shipping charges, discounts etc. Note: Click on "All responses" on the bottom right to get all the responses, including "Others".
